FAQs

Do I need a paid Notion plan?
Not necessarily. I'll recommend the setup based on what you're trying to achieve, and we'll identify if any Notion features require a paid plan.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on what you're looking to build. I prefer to understand what you need first and then provide a clear scope and price rather than forcing every project into a package.
No hidden costs for my services.
Are there any additional costs for my website?
Potentially. Things such as a custom domain, third-party services or external integrations may have their own costs. I'll make these clear before they're included in your project.
Do I already have to be using Notios?
No. If you already use Notion, I can build around your existing workspace. If you're new to Notion, I can build the foundation for you and keep it simple to manage.
Can you build a workflow from scratch?
Yes. I can design and build a custom workflow around how you currently work, rather than forcing you into a predefined template.
Do I have to get a website and workflow together?
No. You can work with me on a website, a workflow or both. The connected option simply brings the two together when it makes sense.
Will I need technical knowledge to manage everything?
No. The goal is to leave you with something you can actually manage yourself. I'll keep the setup as straightforward as possible and show you how everything works.
What if I don't know exactly what I need?
That's fine. We can start with what you're trying to achieve, what isn't working currently, and what you'd like to improve. From there, I'll recommend an approach.
Will I own the Notion workspace after the project?
Yes. The workspace and the content within it remain yours. My role is to build and configure the solution for you.
What happens if I need something changed after the project?
Small changes can usually be handled as part of the agreed revisions. Larger changes or new functionality can be discussed separately.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes, if you need it. Support can range from occasional updates to ongoing improvements, depending on what you need.
Can I add to the workflow later?
Yes. One of the advantages of building in Notion is that the workspace can evolve. New databases, processes, forms and functionality can be added as your needs change.
Can you work with sensitive or private information?
I can advise on the appropriate setup, but Notion may not be suitable for every type of sensitive information or regulatory requirement. I'll raise any relevant limitations before we proceed.
